Korvella Construction is a woman-owned, family-operated commercial general contracting company rooted in Arizona. Led by Arizona native Kelly Lorenzen, a longtime business owner and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Korvella was built to bring a higher level of organization, communication, and accountability to the construction process.
Our leadership team combines nearly 30 years of construction experience with expertise in project management, operations, business development, electrical, and marketing. That blend allows us to approach each project from both the field and business side, helping clients move from planning to completion with clarity and confidence.
We focus on building strong relationships, delivering quality work, and creating a seamless experience for the businesses, property managers, and partners we serve throughout Arizona.

Kelly has 24 years of business ownership experience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Her background includes
co-owning/operating a real estate company,
DME company, electrical business, and her current project management and marketing company, giving her a strong foundation in business development.
Josh Lorenzen
Director of Construction I Arizona ROC Qualifying Party
Josh brings nearly 30 years of construction experience
to Korvella, along with
extensive experience in the electrical trade.
He leads construction operations, oversees project execution, and helps ensure every project is completed with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and practical field expertise.
Joshua Lorenzen
Senior
Project Manager
Joshua brings seven years
of hands-on construction experience to his role as Senior Project Manager.
He coordinates projects, subcontractors, schedules, and field operations to help keep each project organized, efficient, and moving forward from start to finish.
Averie Call
Operations Manager
Averie grew up around her family’s construction
business and brings a strong understanding of the industry to Korvella.
For the past 8 years, she has worked across operations, marketing, organization, and business support, helping keep projects, systems,
and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
